Insurance-Based Surgery
See if your insurance will cover your procedure
Some plastic surgery procedures are medically necessary, not cosmetic. When they are, your health plan may help pay for them. Send us your insurance details and our team will verify your benefits before your consultation.
Procedures that may be covered
Medically necessary procedures we check coverage for
Coverage depends on your plan and on documented medical need, such as breathing problems, chronic pain, or complications from prior surgery.
Septoplasty
Corrects a deviated septum that blocks airflow and makes breathing difficult.
Functional Rhinoplasty
Reshapes internal nasal structures to restore normal breathing after injury or obstruction.
Breast Reduction
Relieves chronic neck, back and shoulder pain, rashes, and bra-strap grooving.
Breast Implant Removal
Removal of ruptured, leaking or problem implants, including suspected implant illness.
Capsular Contracture Treatment
Treats painful hardening of scar tissue around a breast implant.
Breast Asymmetry Correction
Reconstructive correction of significant congenital breast differences.
Gynecomastia Surgery
Male breast reduction when enlarged glandular tissue causes pain or persists despite treatment.
Functional Blepharoplasty
Removes heavy upper-eyelid skin that blocks your field of vision.
Coverage is never guaranteed. Your insurer makes the final decision, and approval (prior authorization) usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. We will call you as soon as we hear back.
