Gynecomastia

A man in his 40s is shown 4 months after Gynecomastia surgery, aka male breast reduction. A scar minimizing technique was employed.

The goals are to reduce unwanted fat and excess glandular tissue, to relieve physical discomfort associated with large breasts, and to achieve a firmer, flatter more masculine chest.

Liposuction

Liposuction is a surgical procedure to remove unwanted fat from a patient’s body. Liposuction can be performed on a variety of areas, including abdomen, chin, hips, stomach, thighs, and many other areas. Patients who have had liposuction say their body has been reshaped and their clothes fit better.

A man in his 40s is shown 1 year after a short incision Tummy Tuck with Liposuction. A scar minimizing technique was employed, with the incision hidden in the underwear line.

The goals of a male Tummy Tuck with Liposuction are different from a Tummy Tuck with Liposuction performed on a woman – instead of addressing female curves, the goal is a firmer, flatter abdomen in a man. A man may have excess skin after significant weight loss that needs to be smoothed, or abdominal muscles that need to be tightened after being separated or stretched during excessive weight gain.

Rhinoplasty

A young man is shown 6 weeks after a Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty.  Preoperatively, the patient had difficulty breathing from his nose and complained of a dorsal hump with slight drooping of his nasal tip.
The septoplasty was combined with spreader grafts to achieve instant improvement in his breathing which he noted in the recovery room, immediately after surgery.
The rhinoplasty improved his dorsal hump, and rotated the nasal tip up just enough to improve the nasal droop and maintain a natural appearance to the nose while preserving a masculine appearance.

Tummy Tuck

A man in his 20s is shown 1 month after a short incision Tummy Tuck. Prior to surgery, the patient had lost a significant amount of weight with diet and exercise, but still had excess skin in his abdomen, both above and below the belly button, that could only be treated with a Tummy Tuck. A scar minimizing technique provided a short waistline incision well hidden below the underwear line, and a special belly button technique was utilized to provide no visible scar on the external skin.
